AWS: Increase Primary HD size Windows 2008

Step by step on increasing HD size for Windows 2008 in AWS.

1. In this example my server has 50GB HD and I want to increase it to 80GB.

2. Shutdown the server.
3. Make a note of the “Instance ID”. This helps when you have few instances.
4. Go to Volumes and enter the Instance ID on the search box on the top.

Juniper SRX: Backup and Restore Configuration

On this post I am going to show how to backup and restore Juniper SRX configuration.

Backup

All configuration including rollbacks are saved inside “/config” folder

Below shows all the files inside /config folder.
The current configuration is juniper.conf.gz
